Qigong and Tai Chi Healer

Master Fatima has been practicing eastern healing arts since the early-2000s and Tai Chi and Qigong for over 20 years. She is a certified Qigong and Tai Chi Teacher from the USA; has co-authored various manuals on teaching Qigong and Tai Chi and articles on Qigong standardization, regulation, and legislation; and, as the senior member of the Qigong Institute of teachings in Pakistan, she has promoted scientific research on Qigong for medical professionals, Qigong practitioners’ teachers, and policymakers.

Master Fatima is also a meditative movement teacher with multiple certifications in Tai Chi and Qigong, Yoga, and bodywork which has helped to develop a curriculum at the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi in the USA and currently teaches Qigong and Tai Chi for chronic pain for both private clients and in clinical settings in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad Area. Miss Fatima is an accomplished and recognized Meditation instructor, Yoga practitioner, and Wellness advocate.

Profile

I teach fluid movements from the ancient art of Tai Chi in the workplace. Through meditation in movement, the Flow Together technique aims to improve health, life satisfaction, and awareness. With increased awareness of self, others, and the world around us – we find FLOW. The team that flows together stays together and works more productively. This ancient Chinese technique helps especially in the corporate sector of Pakistan to reduce turnover and for internal growth; which is the biggest dilemma after post-covid working environments.

"Tai Chi" - is an internal Chinese martial art practised for both its defense training and its health benefits. Some of t'ai chi ch'uan's training forms are especially known for being practised with relatively slow movement.

"Qi gong" - chi kung, or chi gung - is a practice of aligning body, breath, and mind for health, meditation, and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or what has been translated as "life energy".

If you wish to feel better in everyday life and feel more energetic and happier, then you should try these practices! All sessions are one-to-one and last from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
